Return & Refund Policy
At Elqor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible purchases, subject to the terms below. This policy does not affect any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Return Eligibility

* Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
* The product should be in its original condition.
* The product should include its original packaging and accessories, where reasonably possible.
* You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
You may inspect a product as you would in a physical store. Any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it may be deducted where permitted by law.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
* Your order number.
* A description of the issue.
* Clear photographs or a video showing the problem.
We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, Elqor will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
